Chris and his wife, Carol, have both been part of the worship team since 2014. They are both accomplished musicians, and are active in many other important areas of ministry within our church family as well. Chris is passionate about his role as a worship leader, and loves to see people praising and worshipping the Lord of lords, and King of kings.
Pastor Andy and his wife, Tandy, moved to Central Florida in 2014 following Andy's retirement from the US Army after 27 years of service (the last 13 years as a Chaplain). Andy is Ordained with the Assemblies of God. Andy and Tandy have two adult daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren. Andy and Tandy became active members of Calvary First Assembly soon after arriving in Florida. In February 2017 the congregation elected Andy to be their Senior Pastor, and now Andy counts it a great privilege and honor to serve this congregation as their pastor.
Chris and Amy Rutledge have been a ministry team in the Assemblies of God since 2005. Chris was licensed in the Arizona District in 2005, and Ordained in the Peninsular Florida District of the Assemblies of God in 2010. Chris has a Master's Degree in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University (2015) and a bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministry (2004). The goal of Chris' ministry is to preach God's word in a relevant, applicable way and to equip God's people for the work of the ministry. "Above all we should love God and love our neighbor as ourselves, but it's good to mix some fun in while we're at it."
Soogrim and his wife, Margaret, (originally from Trinidad) moved from Minnesota to Poinciana, FL in October 2013. They have been active members of Calvary First Assembly since 2014. They have three grown children, and two grandsons. Margaret is a retired Registered Nurse, and Soogrim has been involved in various ministries over the years. They consider it an honor to have the opportunity to work alongside Pastor Andy and his wife, Tandy.
John was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and is currently pursuing a degree in Practical Ministries at Southeastern University. He runs Cross country and track for SEU. John has always had a passion for spreading Gods word through many different platforms, including serving as the president of the largest FCA in Jacksonville during high school. John is excited to see the youth get more involved in Gods word while still having fun!
